Warranty Information Reinforcer Series: Lifetime Limited Warranty Ark Rods guarantees the original owner with Lifetime Limited Warranty against defects in workmanship and materials. If the rod should fail due to the defect in material or workmanship, we will repair/replace the rod at no charge within one year from the purchase date. A copy of DATED receipt must be presented for warranty. After the first year, or no DATED receipt can be presented for the purchase date, we will replace the rod for a $100 replacement fee. If the rod should fail due to the defect in material or workmanship, we will repair/replace the rod at no charge within one year from the purchase date. A copy of DATED receipt must be presented for warranty. From the 2nd year to 5th year, or no DATED receipt can be presented for the purchase date, we will replace the rod for a $50 replacement fee. Tharp Series | Invoker Series | Sniper Series | Crankbait Series: 5-Year Limited Warranty Ark Rods guarantees the original owner with a 5-Year Limited Warranty against defects in workmanship and materials. If the rod should fail due to the defect in material or workmanship, we will repair/replace the rod at no charge within one year from the purchase date. A copy of DATED receipt must be presented for warranty. From the 2nd year to 5th year, or no DATED receipt can be presented for the purchase date, we will replace the rod for a $70 replacement fee. Viper Series: 5-Year Limited Warranty Ark Rods guarantees the original owner with a 5-Year Limited Warranty against defects in workmanship and materials. If the rod should fail due to the defect in material or workmanship, we will repair/replace the rod at no charge within one year from the purchase date. A copy of DATED receipt must be presented for warranty. From the 2nd year to 5th year, or no DATED receipt can be presented for the purchase date, we will replace the rod for a $50 replacement fee. Lancer Series: 3-Year Limited Warranty Ark Rods guarantees the original owner with a 3-Year Limited Warranty against defects in workmanship and materials. If the rod should fail due to the defect in material or workmanship, we will repair or replace the rod for a $40 replacement fee. A copy of DATED receipt must be presented for warranty. How to process: Please ship the items in the list below to us, freight prepaid, insured for your original purchase price in a disposable container. The entire rod including any broken parts. A copy of dated receipt for the proof of purchase. A check or money order for the replacement fee payable to Ark Fishing International. (If occur) A brief note about how the rod fail. Your name, return address, daytime phone number and email address. We will do our best to send the repaired/ replacement rod back to you asap but please still allow us for 3-5 business days after receiving to process the return. This warranty is limited to replacement of the rod and does not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or any other type of damages resulting from the use of this product. This warranty does not cover fire, theft, loss, intentional breakage, modification or customization of the finished rod. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, nor failures caused by accidents, abuse, alteration, modification, misuse or improper care.
